We traveled to 9 countries in our years together. Since then I have been to 18 countries (some multiple times).

His support and motivation took us across the world to destinations I never imagined seeing. SO here I am reminding myself and suggesting to you! BOOK the FLIGHT!! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, you wont regret !

I have dedicated my life to the practice of yoga. I bring you over 15 years of experience teaching aspiring yogis just like you how to find more meaning and more enjoyment in their practice of yoga…

It’s also important to mention that this isn’t our first retreat…

We’ve continued to optimize and improve, ensuring that you experience a thoughtfully organized once-in-a-lifetime event that you never forget…

Despite your genuine interest, you

may be tempted to put this off…

You may be thinking, “I’ll attend

the next one…”

But let me remind you…

Life is fragile, unpredictable, and limited.

Book that flight.

Make the phone call…

Pursue the endeavor…

Quit the unfulfilling job…

Take the chance on love…

… and live life to the absolute fullest TODAY!

Secure your spot *today* while it’s still fresh on your mind…

Don’t wait, because this exclusive event will sell out…

If this transformative retreat seems like the type of event that you’ve been looking for, then trust in your own intuition…

I believe that there’s a reason why you’re still reading this, a reason why you’re being drawn to continue on this important personal journey…

So don’t wait a second longer…

Step forward in faith… and step forward in love…

And we look forward to welcoming you to a wonderful new world that you never knew existed…

Most of all, we look forward to introducing you to your highest self.

About Kuta, Lombok

ABOUT DESTINATION #2

For the second half of the trip, we will jet one island over to Lombok, which offers ample beauty and a chilled out vibe. The town we’ll be staying in, Kuta, serves as the tourist hub and is a coastal town in the south of the island of Lombok in Indonesia. Kuta Lombok is a laid back surf town that gives you Bali Beach vibes from 20 years ago. With less tourist crowds and boasting pristine untouched beaches, the scenery here is spectacular. Sitting above the cliffs and mountains reaching the coast to create jagged and awe- inspiring landscapes and views. The beaches are some of the best in Indonesia, with pristine white sand, and transparent blue-greens in the water, ideal for surfing. We will be sure to spend a day at the popular Tanjung Aan Beach. Lombok is sandwiched between the world-famous island of Bali and the remote, uncharted Sumbawa Island of West Nusa Tenggara.

SPIRITUALITY, NATURE, & ADVENTURE

Both Bali and Lombok are steeped with centuries of spirituality, art, and creativity and are a bucket-list destination for all nature lovers.

Bali’s great attractions are a blend of natural wonders, ranging from highlands with active volcanoes to flowing waterfalls, peaceful lakes and forested mountains. Set in harmony with the environment are centuries-old man made marvels, from vast expanses of flowing green rice fields to majestic temples. And there’s more than meets the eye under the surface, with its collection of coral gardens and rich marine biodiversity. Balinese culture is a mix of Balinese Hindu-Buddhist religion and customs. Bali is Indonesia's only Hindu-majority island, with over 85% of the population subscribing to the religion.

We will compliment our time in Ubud, Bali by spending time on Bali’s sibling island, Lombok for the second half of our retreat. There are similarities between these two destinations, but some unique differences that will allow you to experience more of this part of the world. Unlike the Hindu-majority Bali, the residents of Lombok are predominantly Muslim. That religious background impacts the island’s landmarks and culture, making Lombok more than just ‘another Bali’.

THE FRESHEST DINING

While thriving mentally and emotionally, we will also nourish our physical body with plant-based meals. At both resorts, meals will be provided by an in-house restaurant, which provides healthy, nutritious vegetarian/vegan meals and drinks. All fresh produce is sourced locally. Fully experiencing the culture, we will expand our palates with daily meals offering a variety of traditional and international dishes. We cater to any dietary needs, just let us know when you book your trip what you require.

INCLUDED EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITIES

Tirta Empul Holy Water Spring Cleanse

As a group, we will take part in a spiritual cleanse at Tirta Empul, one of the largest water temples in Indonesia. The temple was founded in 926 A.D. and is dedicated to Vishnu, who is the Hindu god of water. The name of the temple actually means ‘holy water spring’ in Balinese. The Jaba Tengah is the most famous part of Tirta Empul temple. The water in the pools is believed to have magical powers, attracting both Balinese locals and tourists, who come here to purify themselves under the 30 water spouts that feed the pools.

Private Massage

As part of this package, all yogis will be invited to enjoy a private massage on-site at our resort in Bali. Choose from a variety of offerings to customize the experience to meet your body’s needs.

Sunset Dinner at Ashtari

On our last night together, we will visit Lombok’s famous icon, the Ashtari Restaurant. Here we will be spoiled with epic views overlooking the south Lombok coastline while sharing a traditional meal inspired by a blend of Indonesian and Indian flavors by Chefs Mamiko and Monu. While we reflect on adventures, we will watch the sun hit the horizon while dining over unique sharing dishes, wine and craft beer.

Lombok Beach Day- Tanjung Aan Beach

One afternoon, we will venture to the pristine beach called Tanjung Aan Beach. Arguably the best beach in Lombok, it stretches around 2 km of its pearlescent coastline with a combination of white sand, turquoise water, palm trees, bamboo sunbeds and swings, water activities – and is still somehow uncrowded.

On our day here, do whatever calls to you. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, read, and stroll around the row of cafes in the area. Or amp up your adventure and dive into its idyllic waters where you can swim, stand up paddleboard, or snorkel. Surfing is also a popular activity to try here!

Fun fact: Tanjung Aan consists of 2 separate bays resembling a heart created by stone slabs. We couldn’t pass this up!

SPIRITUALITY, NATURE, & ADVENTURE

*Additional spa packages and excursions are available and can be booked at the resort. Please let us know in advance if you’re interested in other options, so I can inform the resort staff in advance. Some we would like to highlight are:

Tegenungan Waterfall

One afternoon, we will venture just 20 minutes away from the Retreat Center to visit the Tegenungan Waterfall. Getting to the falls is a pleasant drive down paved village roads lined with stretches of green rice fields on both sides. The waterfalls are a short walk through the vibrant green valley panorama along the way. Once at the water’s base, you can take in all nature has to offer and enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

Sacred Monkey Forest

The Ubud Monkey Forest is a natural forest sanctuary that is home to over 700 playful monkeys roaming free in their natural habitat, which offers 186 species of trees located in 12.5 hectares of a leafy nutmeg forest. Alongside the monkeys, we will breathe in plenty of fresh, clean, crisp air. As you wander the sacred forests, dive deeper into the culture and tranquility and explore the beautiful ancient temples and guardian statues. The site is well preserved thanks to a community-based management program and the monkeys here are said to be spiritual animals that guard the temples. Takes around 15 minutes to reach,2 hours to complete a tour and is 10 min away to Ubud markets for shopping and dining afterwards.
